Touch is Not Recognized
Most operating systems work plug and play in combination with our touchscreen monitors. There is no need to install a driver or perform a calibration as long as the monitor is running in its native resolution.
If your touchscreen does not function or function correctly after installation, please follow the steps below:
- Make sure you are using the USB touch input and not the USB media input.
- Check if the operating system of the PC is supported. You will find a list of Supported Operating Systems in this section.
- If you are using an adapter, converter or extension cable. Then connect the touchscreen using the supplied USB cable to see if this fixes the problem.
- Check if the touchscreen is connected to a USB 2.0 port on your computer. If a USB 3.0 port is used, the touchscreen may not be recognized.
